NEW EGYPT, NJ
The Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series presented by the Delaware Auto Exchange has reacquired three marketing partners to sponsor the $50 to win qualifying heat races for the 2018 season.
Professional Design Services LLC., Freiberger Excavating and Bruce’s Auto Body have each signed on to support these events during the series’ sophomore campaign.
“I supported the efforts of the Geiges and Wagners when they brought back life to the Racesaver 305 Sprint Car division in our area, and as a former competitor in the division myself, I really enjoyed having the opportunity to be a part of this successful movement last year, and now again in 2018,” Ian Borden, President of Professional Design Services (PDS) stated.
Professional Design Services LLC, based out of Lakewood NJ, is a professional consulting engineering firm providing full services in civil engineering, land use planning, land surveying and construction management. These services provide are for private and public companies, state and municipal governments as well as individuals.
With PDS sponsoring heat number one, back onboard for 2018 for heat race number two is Freiberger Excavating, who is also sponsoring the Interregional Showdown at New Egypt Speedway on July 21st.
“I’m really happy to be a part of this series as a sponsor. After I saw what they were capable of promoting wise last season, I was extremely happy with the outcome and how well the series grew over the past year. I know how expensive racing can get, so any bit helps,” Freiberger said. “I think paid heat races is a great idea. It makes the drivers race a little harder in those short eight laps, making it more exciting for not only the fans, but for the competitors as well. I also love New Egypt Speedway, it’s my home town track, and I feel that having Freiberger Excavating as the race night sponsor for the big interregional race would be the perfect opportunity to promote my business while allowing me to support a division I love. The shows that the 305 division have put on in the past have always put the fans on their feet, and I know that this year will be no different.”
Freiberger Excavating specializes in installing septic tanks, fiberglass pools and hydro seeding. Keeping busy with the pool installations, Freiberger recently began selling fiberglass pools, making it a “one stop shop” experience.
Prior to this season, Bruce Davis, owner of Bruce’s Auto Body, sponsored the ‘Hard Charger Award’ weekly with MASS. However in 2018, he will be stepping up and representing heat race number three. Bruce and his son, Bryant Davis, who is the driver of the Bruce’s Auto Body number 15B, found long-awaited success last season after gaining their first feature victory at Bridgeport Speedway. The father-son duo are longtime supporters of the Racesaver 305 series as a series sponsor, and a participating team, they are looking forward to seeing what this season has to bring.
The Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series presented by the Delaware Auto Exchange will kick off 2018 at New Egypt Speedway on Saturday, April 14th. This will be the first time the IMCA/Racesaver sanctioned 305 Sprint Cars will return to the Central New Jersey D-shaped oval since 2016, when the division was run under the Tri-State Racesaver Sprint Series (TSRS) banner.
