DOWNTOWN DAVE BROWN IS VICTORIOUS AT NEW EGYPT

DOWNTOWN Dave Brown won the season opener at New Egypt Speedway on April 6th, going wire to wire in a non-stop 25 lap feature event. Brown lead all but two laps as Buddy Schweibinz took the lead with a few laps to go, as Brown was stuck briefly behind a lapped car, but he regained the top spot, winning the first of eight visits for the Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series at NES.

Schweibinz would finish second, with Jared Kreider, Ryan Stillwaggon, and Tim Tanner rounding out the top five.
